I am sure it is a great language, because every programming language is
great in its way :-). It’s just about the learning effort. Surely, if I

Go is on the list of languages I want to investigate some time, along
with Rust. But this will not happen within the next three months.
I don't know what kind of system TSC currently uses for running
multiple thing seemingly simultaneously.
TSC currently uses boost::thread. And I don’t think we’re going to
rewrite TSC in Go anytime soon :-)
As for TSC usage of Gogs, when I contribute Go code to Gogs,
it would be available for others to use with any programming language
using REST API.
Yes, a real web API is of course language-independant, I am aware of
