Doxygen automatically generates graphs if you have dot(1) installed and
activated the respective configuration option in the Doxyfile (I think
we have that enabled). These graphs are not full UML diagrams, though,
but only inheritance and component diagrams.
If I need to make UML diagrams manually, I use an oldschool paper and
pencil. I have not yet found an OSS program that makes the creation of
these easy. If needed, I can scan in the sheet of paper with the
diagram.
I have not made such a diagram for TSC.
