Thanks for storing the backups! It is always good to know that they're around.
I also copied the contents of the TSC backup HDD to a separate hard
drive before I ran the rsync --delete command, and will keep that copy
for 6 months or so (or longer if you all prefer, as long as space
doesn't get too tight on that hard drive), in case we happen to need
anything.
I personally don't think we need that old backups. After all, why would
one want to restore a 2 year old backup if a 1 month old backup is
available? Keeping more than one full backup usually prevents problems
in case that backup gets corrupted, but much more seems not useful to
me. xet7, does that sound sensible?
